Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at the Trinity Hill Church in Seibert. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Brown & Latimer Funeral Home; 2910 Senter St. in Burlington. Memorial contributions can be made to the Barbara Duvall Memorial Fund at the Colorado East Bank & Trust in Stratton or can be sent to the Brown & Latimer Funeral Home; Box 475; Burlington, CO 80807. Mrs. Duvall died unexpectedly at her home north of Seibert.


Mrs. Duvall is survived by her husband Gene of Seibert, by her children: Larry Matschke of Seibert, Earl Matschke of Seibert, Jessica Matschke of Loveland, CO and Anna Matschke of Ft. Collins, CO and 2 grandchildren; Tori Thorson and Austin Matschke. She is also survived by her parents Thomas and Nadine Burian of Vona, 3 sisters: Julia Baylie of Vona, Kristy (Van Dale) Richie of Seibert and Nicole Marzolf of Vona, 2 brother: Joe (Sharon) Burian of Highlands Ranch, CO and Jeffrey Burian of Castle Rock, CO, 2 sister-in-laws: Cheryl Burian of Seibert and Carol (Bill) Rogers of Wiggins, 1 brother-in-law: Larry (Patti) Matschke of Meadview, AZ, father/mother-in-law: Clax & Daisy Duvall of Kit Carson as well as many neices, nephews, cousins and other family and friends also survive.


Barbara is preceded in death by her first husband Carl Matschke, 1 grandson; Devan Matschke, 1 brother; Jack Burian, 3 brother-in-laws; Kevin Smith, Jim Baylie and Robert Matschke and 1 sister-in-law; Connie Matschke.
