Funeral services for longtime Strasburg, CO resident Eugene S. Fields will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at the Strasburg Community Church in Strasburg. Graveside committal services will be held on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. MDT at the Beulah Cemetery in Colby, KS. Visitation will be held on Thursday beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the Church in Strasburg. Memorial contributions can be made to the Strasburg Community Church or to the Mountain Vista Healthcare Center in Wheatridge.
Mr. Fields is survived by his wife Helen of Strasburg, and his two sons Mick (Marlene) Fields of Strasburg and Jay (Cheryl) Fields of Wheatridge, CO as well as 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
