A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 26th at the Grace Lutheran Church in Cheyenne Wells, CO.

Marvin Lee Robinson, of Goodland Kansas, passed away on Wednesday June 18, 2014.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday June 26, 2014 at Grace Lutheran Church in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, with Pastor Martin Davis officiating. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Brown Funeral Home.

Marvin was the 3rd Son born to Ray and Edna Robinson in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado on August 25, 1955. He graduated from Arapahoe School in Arapahoe, Colorado in May 1974.

Marvin was married to Glenda Johnson on July 9, 1976, they were married until 1992. To this union 3 children were born: Jacob Almond, Raymon Glenn and Mari Jean.

Marvin worked as a Farm hand for White Woman Creek, Inc. of Arapahoe Colorado for many years. In 1986 Marvin moved to Burlington to pursue his passion for farming and ranching, working for several different Farmers, Ranchers, and Feedlots. He also bought Video USA in Burlington where he and his family worked together for 2 years. In 2008 Marvin moved to Kansas where he resided until his death. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, drawing, shooting, 4-H and reading his bible.

Marvin is survived by his Mother Edna Robinson of Lakin Kansas, 3 children Jacob Robinson of Burlington Colorado, Raymon (Tiffany) Robinson of Durant Oklahoma and Mari (Laine) Mitchek of Cheyenne Wells Colorado, Grandchildren Antigone age 12 of Delaware, Cooper age 2 of Fleming Colorado, Tayln age 6 and Taryn age 1 of Durant Oklahoma, Gaidge age 5 and Alexis age 2 of Cheyenne Wells Colorado, Brothers Kenneth Robinson of Decatur Arkansas and Leonard (Kaylene) Robinson of Wild Horse and Sisters Linda (Walt) Hoffman of Medford Oklahoma and Sandra (Bret) Hendrix of Lakin Kansas, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and other family and friends.

Marvin is preceded in death by his Father Ray A. Robinson and oldest Brother Ronald Robinson.

Memorial donations may be given to Marvin Robinson Memorial Fund at Eastern Colorado Bank. The family of Marvin wishes to thank everyone for their calls, prayers and kind words during our time of loss.
