Timothy Wayne Pace, 63, passed away on March 6, 2025. He was born on December 17, 1961, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to Mary Louise (Condrey) Pace and Paul Steven Pace.

In 1972, he moved with his family to Burlington, Colorado, where he spent much of his life. Tim was known for his quick wit, sharp humor, and warm, kind spirit. He had a playful sense of humor that could bring a smile to anyone’s face, and his laughter was contagious. He loved watching westerns and crime shows, always appreciating a good story and a bit of adventure. His warm smile and kind heart left a lasting impact on those who knew him. One of Tim’s greatest joys was a good cup of coffee—actually, many cups. He drank coffee all day long, whether it was to start the morning, enjoy a quiet moment, or simply fuel his sharp wit and conversation. Above all, Tim’s greatest joy in life was his son, Landon, who was born on September 9, 2005. Landon was the light of his life, and he was immensely proud of him. Their bond was one of love, laughter, and cherished moments.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Paul, as well as his sisters, Rhonda Arias and Mary Pace.

He is survived by his brothers, Mike and Steven Pace; his sister, Sandra Garcia; his beloved son, Landon Pace; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and celebrate the life of a man who brought so much joy to those around him.

A Celebration of life will be held on March 14, 2025 at Brown Funeral Homes in Burlington, CO at 4:00 pm.
